Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and bank holidays). All UK orders will be delivered by the Royal Mail 48-hour service. All orders placed outside the UK will be shipped through DHL courier service. *Please note: Covid-19 may impact delivery times, and we may experience some delays. If there is a delay with your order, we will keep you informed.
For pre-ordered items, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.
A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you after the order has been shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 days from the date of delivery to return full-priced items and 7 days from the date of delivery to return sale items. Items must be returned unworn in their original packaging.
The purchaser is responsible for arranging return shipping and all associated fees. To process a refund for your order, please email here and you will receive a refund form.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns for any international/European orders. International customers will need to send any unwanted items back at their own expense.
